Cancelation policy

• all cancellations must be made in writing.
• cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date – 30% of total cost will be charged
• cancellations made 30-60 days before arrival date – 50% of total cost will be charged
• cancellations made 15-30 days before arrival date – 75% of total cost will be charged
• cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival date – No refund

Late check out policy: 12 clock.
